My experience blogging has been very brief. This is my first time blogging for this class. I like that you can write a long article on blogs. You can have a good platform for expressing different essays and viewpoints eloquently. I have learned that blogging is much more similar to writing articles than social media. I don't like that there is less interaction with other people on blogs. I feel like blogging is definitely geared more towards people who enjoy writing.

One web 2.0 tool I would use in a classroom is Quizizz. Quizziz allows teachers to create assessments for practice or testing, teach new skills, and analyze texts. Teachers can also make asynchronous lessons interactive by adding quiz questions to the video. I used Quizziz in high school and really liked it because of how versatile it was. Teachers can also look up other lessons to use for their class.

I have used generative AI mostly to help write formal emails. It is very useful to create an email template if you need to send an email to multiple people. It worked really well for that purpose. When using generative AI, you do need to edit their writing. Sometimes it will use a poor choice of words or have a grammar error.

I envision using AI to create new activities. Sometimes coming up with new activities for students to do constantly can be exhausting. AI can help by brainstorming activities to implement in the classroom. I would make sure to always adjust the activity to align with the standards or lessons I would be teaching. This would help address ethical concerns because I would always edit the lesson plan AI generates. I do not believe in using anything straight from AI.
